Hillstream loaches are one of the coolest-looking fish in the hobby, with a flat, disc-shaped body covered in intricate spotted and striped patterning. They use their body like a suction cup to cling to glass, rocks, and driftwood in fast-flowing water. They are excellent algae and biofilm grazers and do best in tanks with good water flow and plenty of oxygenation. A unique, fascinating fish that always gets attention.

Home-bred by me in QLD.
