Elodea is a fast-growing, hardy stem plant that thrives in almost any conditions. It is a great oxygenator and nutrient absorber, making it useful for new tanks and ponds. It can be planted in substrate or left floating. Elodea is also a favourite for goldfish and pond keepers because it handles cooler water well. Simple, effective, and almost indestructible.
