Hornwort is a fast-growing stem plant that works as a floating plant or anchored in substrate. It is one of the best nutrient sponges in the hobby, it grows quickly and starves algae of the nutrients it needs. It also releases natural compounds that can help inhibit algae growth. Hardy, tolerant, and almost impossible to kill. A staple in breeding tanks and new setups.
