Hygrophila polysperma is one of the fastest-growing and most bulletproof stem plants available. It thrives in almost any conditions, from low light to high light, and grows quickly enough to absorb excess nutrients and help control algae. The leaves are a fresh green that can develop pinkish tones at the tips under stronger lighting. An excellent starter plant and a workhorse for new tank setups.
