Daphnia are tiny freshwater crustaceans that make an excellent live food for fish of all sizes. They are nutritious, easy to culture, and fish go absolutely crazy for them. I culture my own daphnia here at Hand Picked Aquatics, so what you receive is a fresh, healthy starter culture. Once established, daphnia will breed continuously, giving you a self-sustaining food source. They are also great for clearing green water in tanks and ponds.
