Cameroon Moss is a little different from most aquarium mosses, as it is actually a liverwort. It has deep green, layered fronds with a slightly translucent look and slowly grows into a dense, lush mat. It is a bit of a collector’s plant and looks beautiful on wood or rock.
Care at a glance
- Placement: Rocks, driftwood
- Lighting: Low to medium
- CO2: Helpful but not required
- Temperature: 18 to 25°C
- Growth rate: Slow
Planting tips
- Attach to wood or rock with thread or superglue gel.
- It prefers cooler, clean water with good flow.
- Be patient, it can take a few weeks to settle in before new growth appears.
What you will receive
One pod portion of Cameroon Moss. Please note that Plant Pods may contain a little duckweed, so I recommend rinsing and checking the moss over before adding it to your tank.
