Assorted Terrarium Ferns (Tubestock)

Ferns are some of my favourite plants for closed terrariums and vivariums. They love humidity, they are happy in lower light, and they just make a build look lush and finished.

This is an assorted mix, so you might receive a maidenhair, a brake fern or one of the other varieties in the tray. I will pick the healthiest ones on the day I pack your order. If you order more than one, I will do my best to send different varieties so you end up with a nice mix.

Each fern comes as tubestock with an established root system, so it is ready to go straight into your build, or into a shady spot in the garden if you have spares.

Care

• Light: Bright, indirect light or a low to medium terrarium light. Keep closed setups out of direct sun, as the glass can heat up very quickly.
• Humidity: High. Ideal for closed terrariums, bioactive vivariums and paludariums.
• Water: Keep the substrate evenly moist. Most ferns do not like drying out, so they are happiest in a closed setup.
• Growth: Some varieties will grow larger over time. Simply trim older fronds, or lift and divide the plant if it starts to fill the space.

What you will receive
1 x assorted fern in a tubestock pot. Photos show an example of the mix, so your fern may look a little different.
