Red ramshorns have a vibrant red-orange body with a translucent shell that lets the colour show through beautifully. They are the most popular ramshorn colour and look fantastic against green plants and dark substrate. A small, active snail that adds both colour and function to your tank.

Ramshorn snails are excellent algae grazers and clean-up crew, they will work through leftover food, decaying plant matter, and soft algae without touching healthy plants. They breed readily in aquariums, so their population will naturally adjust to the amount of food available. Peaceful with all tankmates.
