Hainan Blue Eye medaka (Oryzias curvinotus) are a different species to the standard Oryzias latipes medaka. They have a slimmer body and a beautiful blue-green iridescent eye that gives them their name. They are much less common in the hobby and a real find for medaka enthusiasts and collectors. A fascinating addition to any nano tank or species-only setup.
